Meet our guerrilla chef...

As a secret, underground institution we can't tell you too much about who we are without revealing our identities but here's a taste of who we are...

Our dazzling chef Gav worked in the hip, award-winning London restaurant Acorn House and has cooked for the likes of Orlando Bloom, James McAvoy, Hugh-Fearnley Whittingstall and Giorgio Locatelli. Since the runaway success of the Savoy Truffle Supperclub, he has left the restaurant to concentrate on coming up with new recipes and ideas for menus, and when he's not in the kitchen for a supperclub night, he can often be found testing out the food at other restaurants, or doing private dining evenings across the capital. 

A renaissance man, he was previously a newspaper designer and sometime guitarist, he spends his free time watching football, growing organic veg (that we use at the supperclub) and eating out!

He is assisted by his able sidekicks front-of-house, an ex-River Cafe man and pioneer of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, and his green-fingered, journo wife.
